Our Story

Our coffee is pure Arabica, grown on the rich volcanic soils on the slopes of Mt Kenya. It is derived from Mbungu Farm which is located along Rupingazi River which flows from Mt Kenya in Kirinyaga County. The current coffee bushes were planted in 1960s. The same farm has been producing high quality coffee beans.

Stesil Coffee is made of top grade single origin beans which are selected based on their size, shape and density. They are known for high quality and superior taste. Our Stesil Coffee beans underg meticulous sorting, roasting and packaging to unlock their unique taste. Every sip of Stesil Coffee tastes special with rich flavour and aroma.

Stesil Coffee is our household blend with all attributes of excellent Kenyan Coffee. It is suitable for those who like moderate to dark roast Coffee. It is packaged as roasted coffee beans and roasted ground coffee.

How to make a great cup of Stesil coffee

  1. Start with your roasted ground coffee from our packet.
  2. Use filtered water for the best flavour.
  3. We recommend two (2) table spoons (10 grams) of ground coffee for every cup or mug of water.
  4. Allow ground coffee to brew for three (3) to four (4) minutes.
  5. You may adjust the above coffee measurement to get your desired strength.
  6. You may add boiled milk/sugar to suit your taste.
  7. Freshly brewed coffee tastes best and therefore one should make enough to be taken at a time.
  8. Avoid reheating your brewed coffee to get the best taste and aroma.
